The UPLIFT Program

The UPLIFT Program serves as a visual ode to mindfulness and the transformative power of the beginner’s mind. Each artwork, like a radiant sunrise, invites the audience to immerse themselves in the present moment and cultivate a state of non-judgmental awareness.

This series was inspired by my continued studies in mindfulness as a yoga and meditation teacher. Accompanying this collection is the creation of a 21-day meditation program, which is a compilation of the most significant and powerful meditation practices I have experienced over my 10 years as an avid meditation enthusiast.

Meditation and mindfulness have had a powerful and positive impact on my life, and it is my hope that I can share this experience with others through my art and voice, both through painting and audio recordings. This art series and meditation program is expected to be completed in Spring 2025.
